Dr. Amanda Steiner has been an educator for 15 years. She began her career as a Primary Montessori Teacher and was hired by the University of Nebraska at Omaha to help pioneer the use of Instructional Coaches in Field-Based Experiences. She currently teaches courses in Elementary Social Sciences, Effective Methods of Teaching, and Children’s Literature. Dr. Steiner’s research interest includes examining best practices in coaching to support teachers in growing in their practice and self-efficacy.
