Kaila Vento

Kaila Vento is a third-year doctoral student in the Exercise and Nutritional Sciences program within the College of Health Solutions at Arizona State University. She is also a Teaching Associate in nutrition and has assisted the undergraduate nutrition counseling courses for five semesters. Aside from her teaching, her research focuses on the prevalence of vaginal infections (VIs) among female military and tactical personnel. Individually, examining key characteristics, such as hydration behaviors and dietary supplement use in influencing the frequency, duration, and types of VIs witnessed in this population.
