Kat Ringenbach

 

Dr. Kat Ringenbach is a Professor of Psychology at Brandman University, with a background in Elementary Education, and School and Industrial/Organizational Psychology.  She has presented on a variety of topics including job performance, critical thinking, mentoring, best teaching practices, student success, assessment, and interdisciplinary approaches to teaching.  She is one of the authors for Brandman’s innovative Competency Based Education Program, focusing on multidisciplinary approaches to understanding the human experience and human behavior, as well as critical and creative thinking.  Dr. Ringenbach is involved in her local community college programs for student equity, focusing on retention and success of at risk students.
